The West Hartford Women’s Chorale will begin its spring season with open rehearsals on Jan. 7 and Jan. 14, to welcome new singers interested in learning more about the Chorale.

Singers will have the opportunity to experience a rehearsal with the repertoire the Chorale will be learning for its spring concert in June. All are welcome regardless of musical experience.

All rehearsals are held from 7 to 8:45 p.m. at Temple Sinai, 41 West Hartford Rd., Newington. There is no audition to join the Chorale which is made up of singers from a variety of musical backgrounds.

Each year The WHWC performs two formal concerts and several community performances. They support an annual scholarship for student musicians and carry out a variety of community projects.
