Act of Kindness from the Conard Student Council

The following information about the Student Council at West Hartford’s Conard High School was shared with We-Ha.com on Friday.

Dear Conard,

In our current time of uncertainty we have been thinking about how we can help our Conard community.  We recognize families may begin to face economic hardships during this time.

As of today, March 13, 2020, Student Council has PAID OFF all cafeteria outstanding balances.

In addition, Student Council has PAID OFF all library fines dating back from 3/13/2020 to when the current seniors were freshmen!

When we return to school, fines and cafeteria obligations will start with a $0.00 balance and any obligations/fines accumulated after our return will be the responsibility of the students.

Be well and stay safe Conard families and students,

Student Council Co-Advisors, Kelly Casey and Matt Collins
