Annual Mayors Charity Ball to Benefit Town That Cares, Playhouse on Park

Mark your calendars for the gala event of the year! The Mayor’s Charity Ball returns Saturday, May 9, 2015 under the Grande Tent, West Hartford Town Hall. Max Catering will cater this year’s gala, with music by the Metropolitan Players and students of the Jackie McLean Institute, as well as performances by Playhouse on Park.

All proceeds from the event will benefit West Hartford’s “The Town That Cares Fund” and Playhouse on Park.

Tickets are on sale now and include: cocktails, hors d’oeurves, sit down dinner with wine, entertainment, silent/live auction, and dancing. Do not miss the early registration special; buy 10 tickets for the price of 9! This offer ends April 9.

The gala is looking for sponsors, program ad purchases, and donations for the live and silent auctions. If you or your business is interested in participating this year, visit the event website to download the necessary forms.

The Mayor’s Charity Ball will be held from 6 p.m. to midnight. This is a ticketed event and open to the public.
