A mama bear and her cubs visited a West Hartford yard Friday morning, and did some dancing around the bird feeders.

A mama bear watches her cubs dance – a cub version of “pole dancing” – using the supports of bird feeders.

The bird feeders have long been empty, the homeowner said, but the mama bear and her cubs are still interested and are frequent visitors to this West Hartford yard in the Mountain Road area.

On a hot and humid morning, the bears enjoy a drink from the birdbath as well before heading on their way.
