Christmas and New Year’s are federal holidays and will be observed on Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2018, and Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019.

Trash, recycling, and metal collections that typically take place on Monday will be done on the regular scheduled collection days, but Tuesday’s trash, recycling, and metal collections for both weeks will be done on Wednesday, and all other pick-ups will take place one day later.
