The Conard High School girls soccer team hosted Hall High School Monday night in girls soccer, with the game ending in a 2-2 tie.

Prior to the start of the game, Conard recognized its senior players, and also held a moment of silence for former Conard head girls soccer coach Kerrie Massaro, who passed away over the weekend.

Hall sophomore Maddie Maxwell (No. 4) came out strong in the first half, scoring the first goal of the game against Conard. Talia Sortman (No. 33) scored the second goal.

In the second half, Conard came back with goals by Grace Beazoglou (No. 24) and Emma Sasonov (No. 8).

The teams met earlier in the season, with that game ending in a scoreless 0-0 tie.

Hall’s record is 6-3-6, and the Warriors will travel to Simsbury on Thursday.

Conard ends the season with a 4-8-4 record.
