Updated, Feb. 20, 2018:

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, the fifth annual Taste of Elmwood just added massage and wine. Nurturing Hands will offer chair massages (possibly outside if the temperature is as high as they are predicting), and we welcome Winam Wines Boutique Collection as the Wine and Spirit sponsor of tastings.

Winam Wines  a small Farmington Valley wine distributor and importer, has joined hands with WHMedia Group and the Annual Taste of Elmwood. Winam is unique among Connecticut distributors of any size as it donates 20% of its profits to a number of 501c-3 charitable organizations.  Wines from several such organizations will be poured Wednesday from 5-7:30 p.m.

The charities’ wines to be sampled include AIDS CT; Hartford Camp Courant; Interval House; Petit Family Foundation; The Girl Scouts of Connecticut and the H.O.P.E Foundation.  Winam and selected restaurants and retailers each make a contribution to the charities for every bottle sold in Connecticut.
