Hall Baseball and Softball and Volleyball Teams from Conard and Hall Head to CIAC Tournaments

Teams from West Hartford’s Conard and Hall high schools have qualified for state tournaments in baseball, softball, and volleyball according to announcements made by the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference on Friday.

The CIAC has released the pairings for the state tournaments in baseball, softball, and volleyball. Both Conard and Hall will play in the softball and volleyball tourney while Hall has qualified  in all three sports.

Here’s a look at the openings rounds according to the CIAC:

BASEBALL: Tuesday, June 1, 3:30 p.m.

No. 11 Hall (14-5) vs. No. 22 Enfield (11-9). First Round Game

SOFTBALL: Tuesday, June 1, 4 p.m.

No. 24 Conard (8-10) at No. 9 Glastonbury (13-4). First Round Game

No. 5 Hall (16-3) received a bye for First Round

*Hall will host the winner of the Fairfield-Warde vs. Newington game on Wednesday, June 2, at 4 p.m.

VOLLEYBALL: Wednesday, June 2

No. 5 Conard (14-4) vs. No. 12 Stamford. First Round Match. 4:30 p.m.

No. 15 Hall (8-9) at No. 2 Enfield (15-1) First Round Match. 6 p.m.

At No. 15, Hall received the last seed in the field
