To the Editor:

Recently I needed some tailoring work done, so I went to my go-to tailor, Oakwood Tailor, near the corner of Park Road and Oakwood Ave.  As I expected, the proprietor, Sal Prizio, did the work I needed promptly, well and at very reasonable cost.

In that visit to his shop I learned that, as with many other small businesses, he was of course closed during the COVID shutdown, and his business hasn’t yet bounced back to its regular level.

I have no financial or other relationship with this tailor, except that I want to help assure that he’ll be around when I need his services next, so I’m writing this letter to tell your readers: for those sleeves that need shortening, trousers that need letting out, or that jacket that would fit better with some altering – try the Oakwood Tailor, at 11 Oakwood Ave. – you’ll be glad you did!
