Park Road Parade Will Be 'On Parade' at Pond House - We-Ha

The Park Road Association will host the second annual family-friendly ‘Park Road on Parade’ event Tuesday at The Pond House.

The Park Road Association is hosting the second annual “Park Road on Parade” fundraiser to benefit the 21st Annual Park Road Parade.

Join the Park Road Association on Tuesday, April 30, anytime between 5:30-8 p.m. at The Pond House in Elizabeth Park for fun, food, and friendship as we celebrate all things Park Road.

There will be food samplings from many Park Road restaurants, including Park and Oak, AC Petersens, Effie’s Place, Joey’s Pizza Pie, Pachanga Empanadas, Pond House, and more. There will be popcorn and other kid-friendly food, including a sundae station.

Come for the entire time, or stop in for a short while. In addition to the food tastings from Park Road neighborhood restaurants, enjoy entertainment, giveaways and visiting with Park Road neighbors, businesses, and members of the Park Road Association.

Tickets to “Park Road on Parade” are $21 for adults and $5 for kids and are available online at www.ParkRoadCT.com or in person at Effie’s Place Restaurant or Playhouse on Park. There will be a cash bar. One hundred percent of the proceeds will benefit the Park Road Parade.

This year’s Park Road Parade will be on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019.

The Park Road Association is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the Park Road neighborhood by maintaining the aesthetics and safety of the community, bringing people together through events, and improving business promotion on Park Road and the surrounding streets.
