A Skate Night will be held at Veterans Memorial Ice Rink in West Hartford on Oct. 6.

Skate Night returns to Veterans Memorial Ice Rink on Friday, Oct. 6, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Live music will be provided by School of Rock, and there will be raffles, a bake sale, and more. The first 150 people will get free admission.
Proceeds from Skate Night will benefit Friends of Feeney and the West Hartford Teen Center.
In recognition of Mental Illness Awareness Week, the Connecticut branch of the National Alliance on Mental Illness and West Hartford Prevention Partnership will have exhibitors who can provide resources on mental health, addiction, and suicide prevention.
