The “All-Courant” teams for the fall 2014 sports season have been released, and West Hartford had a great showing this year, with two local athletes – Jack Monnes and Ari Klau, both seniors at Hall High School – earning coveted “Player of the Year” and “Runner of the Year” honors.
There are 82 high schools in the Courant’s circulation area, and probably more than a thousand varsity athletes up for consideration for the All-Courant teams. West Hartford students made a tremendous impact on the fall sports scene this year, with the following Conard and Hall students earning All-Courant or Honorable Mention status:
