I hinted in last week’s column that Business Buzz might be on hiatus this week, and this is probably one of the first times in the nearly 10 years since I started this column that we have skipped a week. It’s mid-August, many residents are away (I am also on vacation), and there has been a definite lull in business activity in West Hartford.
