Graduating students from Conard and Hall are eligible for the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce’s 2015 Youth to Business Scholarship.

The West Hartford Chamber of Commerce, in an effort to encourage and support students who have chosen to go directly into the workforce after receiving post-secondary skills training, has instituted a scholarship in the amount of $2,000.
This scholarship is sponsored by the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce and Westfarms Mall and is offered to a worthy graduating student from Conard or Hall High School that meets the specified guidelines.
The criteria for this scholarship is as follows: the student will attend a career or technical school, two year college or other certification leading to professional advancement. Additionally, this scholarship is awarded to a student who demonstrates responsibility, character and financial need, and has been accepted into a skills development program.
