Every year during Fire Prevention Week, the fire trucks visit Lollipop Tree Nursery School.

We extend a special “Thank you!” to the West Hartford Fire Department and want you to know that you are always one of our favorite visitors.

The boys and girls of Lollipop Tree Nursery School learned about fire safety and what they should do in case of a real fire emergency:

  • Dial 911
  • Stay Low below the smoke
  • Stop, Drop, Cover your face and Roll
  • Never hide from a fireman

Everyone had fun sitting in the fire truck (checking out all the cool gadgets), seeing the lights flash and hearing the siren roar. It was one really cool day!
