West Hartford Public Schools Holding Online Kindergarten Registration

West Hartford Public Schools is not able to hold Kindergarten registration in person, but will be registering students for the 2020-2021 academic year online.

West Hartford Public Schools is excited to welcome the incoming Kindergarten class for 2020-2021. Kindergarten registration for the 2020-21 school year will take place online according to the following procedures.

For all students not currently enrolled in West Hartford Public Schools, the online registration procedure begins with a visit to the registration section of the West Hartford Public Schools website. Details regarding the required documents are provided.

Registration is actually a three-step process, and after you fill out the initial form you will receive a detailed email from [email protected] (it’s an eight-page document, so please check your spam). All items must be filled out in their entirety, including information about a previous school enrollment.

The third step is emailing all of the required documents listed on the website. The documents can be scanned or submitted via a clear smartphone photo. The documents should be mailed (with your child’s name, school, and grade in the subject line) to both [email protected] AND [email protected].
