On Friday, Dec. 2, 2016, Billy Grant, executive chef/owner of Grants Restaurant, Restaurant Bricco, and Bricco Trattoria, will offer a glimpse into his very own traditional family holiday dinner.
Guests will enjoy a pre-dinner reception with complimentary beverages, stationed and passed hors d’oeuvres, a five-course plated dinner with craft cocktails and wine pairings by Johnny Tsipouras of Slocum & Sons Distributers and Hartford Flavor Company Spirits, as well as a special thank you gift. Grant will share cooking tips and an insider “cheat sheet” about how to entertain during the holidays.
The dinner will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 2, 2016, at Hartford Flavor Company, 30 Arbor St., Hartford, CT.
Grant is widely known, not only for his incredible work in the kitchen, but also for his generosity in the community. Through his special dinners, Grant is able to share and connect with his patrons, to tell the story about his culinary journey and family traditions, all while supporting small business and making an impact on local area non-profits. With each ticket sold to the Grants Holiday Dinner, $10.00 will be donated to My Sister’s Place – a Hartford shelter dedicated to making a difference in the lives of homeless women and their children.
