While there is plenty of summer remaining, most teachers will be back in the classroom by the end of this month and Ignite Med Spa & Wellness owner Jessica Fett wants to pamper some teachers with a relaxing salt cave experience before the school year starts up.

Ignite Med Spa & Wellness, located at 945 Farmington Avenue in West Hartford, will host an eight-person salt cave experience – accompanied by wine – for a group of deserving teachers in mid August.

“Why a salt cave? A salt room creates a dry salt therapy, with the air full of microscopic salt particles while you relax in a comfortable lounge chair with amazing ambience,” Fett said in an email announcing the giveaway. “In addition to stress reduction – and what teacher doesn’t need that – salt cave therapy is proven beneficial for asthma, bronchitis, breathing issues, and breathing quality in general. It is a great, unique bonding experience, too,” she added.

To enter yourself, or nominate your favorite teacher, just send Jessica Fett, MSN, APRN, and owner of Ignite Med Spa a direct message on Instagram at @ignitemedspaandwellness by Aug. 10, 2023.
