Blue Back Square will hosts the WeHa Health and Wellness Event, now scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 22.

August is National Wellness Month, and The West Hartford Chamber of Commerce and Blue Back Square have joined forces to host WeHa Health and Wellness. The afternoon event features local area businesses and nonprofits offering wellness resources, “good health” information, access to wellness experts, and more.
“The West Hartford Chamber of Commerce is pleased to be partnering with Blue Back Square to bring the WeHa Wellness Health and Wellness to the center,” said Christopher Conway, executive director of the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce. “In collaboration with our Health and Wellness Committee, we are excited to highlight an eclectic mix of wellness practitioners. Attendees can expect to learn more about some of the area’s best health authorities including clinical, holistic and fitness experts.”
“We’re thrilled to bring our community together to celebrate the ways in which we can work to enhance everyone’s health and well-being,” said Amy Cholawa, marketing director, Blue Back Square.
This free event has rescheduled from Wednesday, Aug. 21 to Thursday, Aug. 22, from 3-8 p.m., due to anticipated stormy weather and an abundance of caution, and will introduce the community to more Ethan 25 locally-available health and wellness resources in recognition of National Wellness Month.
Participants include Achieve TMS East, which specialized in helping with depression and obsessive compulsive Disorder (OCD), will be onsite, as will Float Forty One, which provides isolation and float therapy, bodywork experts from Balance Massage Therapy and many more.
