West Hartford Women in Networking invites women from anywhere to their September meeting – the organization’s ninth anniversary – which will be held online via Zoom on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2020, from 7:30-9:30 a.m.

Since 2011, WWIN has been offering opportunities that empower and connect women. This online meeting will consist of introductions, networking, your own coffee, and a presentation on “How to be More Charismatic” by Joanne French, a Constant Contact trainer from Delaware.

French shared the following about “The Charisma Principle”: “Many believe that charisma is a hereditary trait. You either have it, or you don’t. Not true! Charisma is a skill that even the most shy and introverted person can cultivate. In this session, attendees will discover how to connect with people on a deeper level in less time. Bring pen and paper! Attendees will take part in several charisma building exercises that they can put into action immediately. Plus, I’ll show you how a three-step process to help you continue on your charisma building journey after the session.”

French helps companies bring big ideas to life through organizational development, marketing strategy, and action planning. She has facilitated hundreds of workshops and interviews with senior-level executives at Fortune 100 companies. Her research and strategic planning guided numerous billion-dollar brands to peak performance during her 25 years career.

French strongly believes that people can tap into their most profound creative minds through team play (and fun)! Whether she is speaking at an event or workshopping with clients, she enables her audience to uncover their next big idea and provides them with the framework they need to succeed.

French lives in Lewes, DE, the home of sand dunes, flowers in bloom, and endless skies. She is a former chauffeur and butler to a now independent 17-year-old daughter. She is also an unabashed day dreamer, chronic doodler and wine aficionado.

Important: you must RSVP in order to receive the Zoom link.
