Are you actively managing your personal brand, or letting others determine how you are perceived and where you fit in? West Hartford Women in Networking presents an interactive workshop on why you need a personal brand in order to land the right-fit clients and work that plays to your strengths.

In this presentation, Kathy McAfee, known as America’s Marketing Motivator, will guide you through the process of developing a “persona statement” and crafting your defining paragraph. She will show you how to leverage your networking skills to grow your professional success in a way that you desire.

A professional speaker and executive presentation coach, McAfee motivates and equips business and community leaders to become the recognized leaders in their fields by advancing their presentation, networking and personal marketing skills.  She is the author of the book Networking Ahead for Business.  It’s time to take charge of how you are known!

At this bright-and-early meeting, you will be surrounded by energized, motivated women who are passionate about what they do and eager to learn from one another.

The WWIN meeting will take place on Thursday, Jan. 28, from 7:30-9:45 a.m., at Chatfield, One Chatfield Drive, West Hartford, CT 06110. The meeting cost is $2.
