The Women’s Leadership Center at the University of Saint Joseph recently hosted an interactive workshop, Balancing Work & Life: Reflections from Women Leaders in Business sponsored by The Hartford. 

Approximately 100 participants learned strategies, from Traveler’s Virginia Smith Major, Ph.D. (pictured above), on how to integrate life and work priorities based on their own goals. 

Each table discussion was led by a local business leader and the audience took away a customized plan of action along with a discount coupon for continuing their learning through an online USJ professional and continuing education program about the topic.
