Planning is already in full swing for West Hartford’s signature charity event, the annual Mayor’s Charity Ball, which will be held in the auditorium and under the “grande tent” on the grounds of West Hartford Town Hall on Saturday, May 14, 2016, from 6 p.m. until midnight.

This 17th annual ball will this year benefit two West Hartford non-profits, The Town That Cares Fund and Playhouse on Park. The 2015 ball raised approximately $75,000 for these organizations.

Guests at the 17th Annual Mayor’s Charity Ball will begin their evening in the Town Hall Auditorium with open bar that includes a signature cocktail and passed as well as stationary hors d’oeuvres. Entertainment will be provided while guests peruse the silent auction offerings.

The party will travel to the grande tent in front of Town Hall for dinner, which will be provided by Max Catering and Events, winner of the 2015 CT Restaurant Association’s “Caterer of the Year” award.
