Patricia “Patty” Brulotte, 87, of West Hartford, a real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, was fatally struck by a vehicle in West Hartford on Nov. 8, 2024.

The West Hartford office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties mourns the loss of Patricia (Patty) Brulotte, a beloved and dedicated real estate agent whose commitment to her clients and colleagues spanned more than 35 years. Patty was a respected member of our team, known for her professionalism, her warmth, and her quiet but steadfast dedication to clients.
Patty’s career was distinguished by her genuine commitment to serving her clients with care, integrity, and deep expertise. She attended every office function, embodying the spirit of teamwork that defines our organization. Though she was a private person, Patty was known for her warmth and friendly demeanor, fostering positive relationships with everyone she encountered.
In addition to her client-centered approach, Patty was deeply committed to staying current in an evolving industry. She embraced new technologies and continually sought to expand her knowledge, ensuring that her clients received the highest standard of service. Patty was not only a valued colleague but a dear friend to many within the Berkshire Hathaway family, and her presence will be profoundly missed.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Patty’s family, friends, and all who were fortunate to know her. Her legacy will remain an enduring part of our office, and her contributions to our team and community will be remembered with great respect.
