BLAZE & BLOOM, which features vintage and repurposed furniture and home accessories,  opens their new showroom at 485 New Park Ave. on Oct. 23, 2014.  In honor of their move, BLAZE & BLOOM is hosting a Grand Opening Celebration at their new showroom from 6-9 p.m. Thursday evening.  All are welcome.

Festivities will continue throughout the weekend Saturday, Oct. 24 and Sunday, Oct. 25 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

BLAZE & BLOOM’s inventory reflects the keen eyes and discerning imaginative tastes of the businesses’ owners – Tracey George, Julie Jones, Jennifer O’Connell and Katie Wickham. These women have taken their passion for the never-ending hunt for interesting items that can be remade, recycled, or repurposed, and turned it into a successful business.

Founded in 2011 and previously located in the Parkville Section of Hartford, BLAZE & BLOOM features a constantly changing inventory and will be open every Saturday 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and by appointment.
