Hall’s field hockey team hosted Glastonbury in West Hartford on Monday, with the Titans losing their first game of the season.

Hall’s field hockey team lost its first game of the season, falling to unbeaten Glastonbury 3-2 on Monday.

Ellie Goldstein scored both goals for Hall off of penalty corners,

Goalie Addie O’Connell was outstanding making 26 saves and getting lots of support from defenders Grace Ganey, Kathleen Culmo, and Molly McHugh. Glastonbury controlled the flow of play with much of the action happening in the Titan’s defensive circle.

Lily Woodworth scored the game winner for Glastonbury at the 10:02 mark of the fourth quarter. Hall (2-1) is back in action Wednesday at South Windsor and then back home Friday to face off with perennial powerhouse Longmeadow (MA) at 6 p.m.
