To the Editor:

Anastasia Yopp and I worked together in 2020 on a fast-paced, challenging COVID relief loan program administered by the Small Business Administration. Indeed, she liked to get things done – right – and proved highly capable of quickly absorbing complex regulatory requirements to do just that. While an independent thinker not afraid to voice her opinions to correct or improve the work environment, she was a loyal, trustworthy team member always willing to help others despite the lack of any personal gain. She also fought to do what was right for recipients of financial relief.

Despite little time for personal chatting, Ms. Yopp’s commitment to her Connecticut home became clear. She loved her community and wanted to contribute to making it better long before she sought public office.

Vote to put Ms. Yopp to work for you and your community. You will be glad you did.
