Dear Editor:
It is ironic that people are calling out Mary Fay for inflammatory rhetoric because she encouraged a friend with the phrase: “kick ass.”
As a result of this unconscionable attack on our democracy, Mayor Shari Cantor used her office to unleash the hypersensitive and hypercritical mob on her colleague, who had the bad luck to be on the wrong side of the aisle. Who’s being inflammatory?!
For both officials’ sake, I certainly hope no harm comes to Ms. Fay.
