The Park Road Beautification Committee is hosting a clean-up walk on Saturday, May 2, from 9 a.m. to noon (rain date is Sunday, May 3) and volunteers are needed!

Business leaders and residential neighbors are encouraged to participte. Anyone interested in volunteering is welcome.

Volunteers should meet on the Playhouse on Park patio between 8:45 and 9 a.m. The walk will kick off promptly at 9 a.m. The group will gather informally after the walk at Salt + Lime Mexican Cantina for some social time.

Plastic gloves and garbage bags will be provided. We will split into five groups/walking paths to pick up trash throughout the Park Road Neighborhood. If you have your own gloves, trash grippers, etc., you are welcome to bring them. If you have a Park Road Beautification t-shirt or a Vision Zero vest, please do wear it.  We may have some Vision Zero wristbands available.

Can’t make the walk? Use this weekend to beautify the outside of your residential or business property!

Questions? Please contact the Park Road Association via [email protected] or reach out to Co-Presidents John Paindiris via Effie’s Place Restaurant or Tracy Flater via Playhouse on Park.
