Families in a neighborhood near Duffy Elementary School in West Hartford enjoyed the fourth annual “Bikes and Lights” last weekend.
Kids of all ages lit up their bicycles, tricycles, and even themselves with battery-operated lights and glow sticks, and enjoyed the evening block party attended by more than 100 people.
