The Valentine’s Day-oriented workshop hosted by the West Hartford Art League will give parents and children the opportunity to create a heart mosaic.

Just in time for Valentines Day!
The West Hartford Art League is holding a parent/child valentines heart mosaic workshop on Saturday, Feb. 4, from 1-4 p.m. in the lower level of its Schoolhouse building on Mountain Road.
Instructor Sarah Segovia will work with each child/parent pair to create one heart mosaic project as they learn the proper use of tools, from cutting and breaking glass, to adhering the material and finishing the project.
Design your own or choose from one of the many available designs. The cost for a parent/child working together is $72 for members and $97 for non-members and includes all materials.
In addition to teaching at the West Hartford Art league, Sarah has taught at the New Orleans School of Glasswork, as well as at the New Orleans School of Art and Design.
