In the premiere of what will be a series of recorded messages that West Hartford Community Interactive will be sharing through YouTube, West Hartford Mayor Shari Cantor speaks about COVID-19, and how residents can continue to foster a sense of community while maintaining social distancing and protecting others from the coronavirus.
