West Hartford Resident Will Head Coldwell Banker’s Residential Brokerage Office

Kara Flanagan has been appointed brokerage Manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage West Hartford Office.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., is pleased to announce that Kara Flanagan has been appointed branch vice president and brokerage manager of the company’s West Hartford office. Flanagan will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 60 affiliated real estate professionals serving homebuyers and sellers in West Hartford, Farmington, Hartford, Newington, Pomfret, and the surrounding communities in Greater Hartford.
Prior to her new role, Flanagan was affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage West Hartford office as a sales associate serving buyers and sellers.

With 17 years of real estate experience, Flanagan has been recognized for her sales accomplishments with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle and Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society awards, which are presented to the top-performing Coldwell Banker-affiliated sales associates worldwide.
A longtime resident of West Hartford, Flanagan is active in the community and has served on the Children’s Charity Ball Committee for The Bridge Family Center, The College Club of Hartford and as an alumni consultant for her alma mater, Salve Regina University in Rhode Island.

Flanagan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in social work from Salve Regina University. Before becoming a licensed real estate professional, Flanagan worked for the Department of Human Services in Portland and Augusta, Maine.
