The West Hartford Women’s Chorale will celebrate the holiday season with their winter concert, under the direction of their new Artistic Director, Sue Chrzanowski at St. James’s Episcopal Church, 1018 Farmington Ave., West Hartford on Dec. 13, 2024, at 7:30 p.m.

The concert theme, Winter Starlight, brings together a diverse musical program that expresses universal themes of hope, wonder, joy, and connection with the infinite. The Chorale will be joined by student musicians from Hall and Conard High Schools. Come enjoy a restful pause to reflect and take in the anticipation of the joys of the holiday season.

In its 21st year, the West Hartford Women’s Chorale is a non-audition, community women’s chorale open to all women’s voices. In addition to bringing chorale music to the community, the WHWC promotes young musicians through annual scholarships and coordinates a multi-generational Festival of Women’s Voices.

The chorale will be holding two Open Rehearsals for their Spring season for all interested singers on Jan. 7, 2025 and Jan. 14, 2025. For more information check the chorale website www.whwchorale.org.
