The Noah Webster Library has a new artist in residence within their art gallery for the months of August and September.

Chris Brown has been a Connecticut artist for 10 years. He uses bold, vibrant color through oil paint to capture moments and scenes that pull forth emotion and excitement in each and every viewer. No prints are ever made of his work, so each piece is always hand-painted, remaining unique and original forever.

Services offered include commissions of any kind, murals and painting parties.

Chris graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2013 with a bachelor’s in fine arts. He can be contacted at 860-712-7044 or his website www.artbychrisbrown.com.
