Health Insurance Shopping Starts November 1

Plans are likely to cost more than they did last year, but federal subsidies have been extended.

Connecticut residents will be able to start shopping for health insurance plans through Access Health CT starting Tuesday, Nov. 1.

It’s the first day of open enrollment for plans that start on Jan. 1, 2023. Anyone who signs up before Dec. 15 will have a plan that starts in January.
