Dear Editor,
I am writing in support of my friend and neighbor of nearly 20 years, Beth Kerrigan, candidate for West Hartford Town Council.
Beth has completed her first term on the Town Council. Beth is a great councilor; focused on what’s best for West Hartford. She is a truly authentic leader. Her opinions and positions are formed through the engagement of thoughtful, compassionate and reasoned discourse. She solicits input from a broad range of constituents with varied opinions and points of view. She is dedicated to continuing to make West Hartford a wonderfully diverse place to live and raise a family.
Beth is not only a caring parent and neighbor but also a champion of civil rights, who is unafraid to take personal risks to make our society better. I’m honored that Beth is not only a friend but a West Hartford Town Councilor. We need people like Beth to help lead this great town in the face of the many challenges that are to come.
