A Little Something Bakery on Park Road in West Hartford, started a crowd sourcing “GoFundMe” page to help keep it in business. Many local friends have stepped up to the plate, so to speak, including Judy Casperson (Vice President, Manager at Webster Bank and member of the Town Council), Judy Bierly (Director of Community Services at The Bridge Family Center), Stephanie McMullon who says she “love, love, loves A Little Something!” and others who have generously stepped forward to help this small business started by Beth Bolton five years ago. A Little Something Bakery quickly became a “landmark” on Park Road (nestled between legendary businesses Halls Market and Park Lane Pizza).

In just three days, the bakery has raised $825 of its hefty $25,000 goal. In a letter on the page, bakery owner Beth Bolton states she is  “starting this gofundme project so that A Little Something Bakery can get on solid ground and remain a viable part of The Park Road Community. We have no intension to close, but we might have to without some help.”

You can donate and follow the project at gofundme.
