The West Hartford Sustainability Fair will feature:

• Guided tour of the Town Hall rooftop solar array
• Energy in Action interactive exhibit from Energize CT
• Demos of how to use the Town food scrap drop-off bins
• Showcase of electric vehicles and electric lawn care equipment

• Info from local environmental organizations

“The Town of West Hartford is grateful to its many dedicated volunteers who organize wonderful, educational events like the West Hartford Sustainability Fair for our residents and who are committed to building a greener future for our community,” said Catherine Diviney, Energy Specialist, Town of West Hartford.

“The West Hartford Sustainability Fair provides an opportunity to hear from neighbors and town officials about the sustainability measures that they have adopted to minimize environmental impact or save money. Anyone curious about electric vehicles, e-bikes, native plants, composting, and how to live greener should come and find out more,” said Samantha Dynowski, State Director of Sierra Club’s Connecticut Chapter.
