Applications for West Hartford Public School’s 2023-24 Pre-Kindergarten Programs are being accepted as of Jan. 9, 2023.

The lottery application for West Hartford Public Schools Pre-Kindergarten programs 2023-24 school year located at Charter Oak International Academy, Florence E. Smith STEM School, and Webster Hill School is available online beginning Jan. 9, 2023. 

Applicants must reside in West Hartford and be 3 or 4 years old on or before Jan. 1, 2024 for programs at Charter Oak, Smith and Webster Hill. Please note that Webster Hill and Smith schools will now be accepting applications for 3-year-olds.

Enrollment will be granted based on a lottery system. Online applications are available at www.whps.org.
