Whatever the situation, we all need to elevate our listening and questioning skills. It helps us understand others and, in turn, enables them to be receptive to what we have to say. The best influencers demonstrate these skills often and well. Though a series of activities and discussion, this highly interactive session will challenge you to become a more curious questioner and a much more attentive listener – and build better, more productive relationships.
Wallace is a master at leadership development and learning strategy. She builds better leaders and has a proven method for doing that – in legal and professional services, retail, manufacturing, financial services, pharma, startups, and nonprofits. She does this by staying true to her core mission of comforting the disturbed and disturbing the comfortable. She’s unapologetically practical and has a focus on bringing practical, realistic, integrated approaches to help elevate individual, team, and organizational performance.
Wallace is the author of “Sharpening Your Point,” an entertaining book and easy to use learning sustainment tool. She was awarded the “Inspire” award from the Travelers for her work in designing and implementing an enterprise-wide performance management program and “Instructor of the Year” from the Center for Financial Training. Participants often praise her high energy, creative program design and ability to engage them in a meaningful way.
