West Hartford Women in Networking invites women from anywhere to their April meeting which will be held online via Zoom on Thursday, April 28, 2022, from 7:30-9:30 a.m.

The speaker will be Molly Brown, Mindset Engineer.

Did you know that you can train your brain to pay attention to everything that brings you closer to your goals while disregarding everything else? You can learn to train your brain to focus on what is going to help you advance, while blocking irrelevant data!

Regardless of your age or past experiences, you can design a new program to run in your brain that will drive you right to your goals. In this talk, learn some of the science of how powerful your thoughts truly are, how to design and program new thoughts into your mindset, what that physically means in the brain, and most importantly, how to implement all this to change your life by systematically achieving your goals. You will need a 3×5 card or small piece of paper.

Brown studied mechanical engineering, physics and chemistry at Northeastern University in Boston. Science, engineering, and music came naturally to her since they are based in math. Music was her first language  and shaped her approach to pattern recognition everywhere. After college, she entered the Army and served four years as a cryptologic linguist and military intelligence analyst. After the Army she worked in aerospace in many technical capacities including design, development and test engineering and finally data engineering where she wrote computer code. Brown has learned to recognize patterns and, when they break down, to identify the exact point of failure, trace them back to a root cause and change a design to prevent future failures. She also studied neurology and the mind  and saw that she could design her own mindset following the same system she used as an engineer.

Since 2011, WWIN has been offering opportunities that empower and connect women. This online meeting will include introductions, announcements, and networking. Bring your own coffee or tea and a scone, muffin, or other breakfast item, and be ready for a presentation from an inspiring speaker in the comfort of your own home.

This meeting will be live via Zoom. To attend, send an email to: dianne.rechel@westhartfordwomeninnetworking.com
