Ed Carr has been selected as West Hartford’s marshal for this year’s parade, and Eric Feeney has been chosen as the honoree. Both will are great examples of the town’s commitment to giving back tot he community, and will represent the West Hartford contingent at the Hartford St. Patrick’s Day Parade on March 11.
Carr is one of the founders of the West Hartford Black Hearts Rugby Club, which is open to high school boys ages 14-19. The club was founded in 2010 and participates in matches throughout the state.

A raffle will be held.
“Come celebrate Ed and Eric at West Hartford Town Hall,” Staunton said.
