6 to 8 red grapes handful of thyme
½ oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. High West white whiskey
2 squirts boston bittahs
3 red grapes, sliced in half

1.  In a clean cocktail shaker, muddle the grapes, thyme and simple syrup

2.  Add the lemon juice, whiskey and bitters.
Fill with ice and shake well

3. Strain into ice filled rocks glass.

4. Garnish with sliced grapes.
