Purchase your card for $50 online and pick it up at BK&Co at 983 Farmington Avenue, during regular retail hours, or purchase your card at participating locations (see list below), then enjoy the benefits every time you shop at your favorite West Hartford Center and Blue Back Square stores from Thursday, November 10th through Sunday, November 20th, 2016.

WE CARE CARD RULES AND LIMITATIONS
- Nontransferable.
- WE CARE Card must be presented at time of purchase.
- Should WE CARE Card be lost, full price will be charged for replacement.
- Merchandise cannot be held in advance.
- Card is not valid with any other offer, price-fixed menu, coupon or promotion.
- Special orders are not subject to discount unless permitted by individual store.
- Gift certificates/cards, layaway payments, sale items, on-line purchases and previously purchased merchandise are not discounted.
- Restaurants: 20% discount applies to two dinner or lunch entrees only, and cannot be applied to take-out, alcohol or price-fixed menus. Gratuity and tax not included in the discount.
- Other restrictions or exclusions may apply at individual businesses.
- WE CARE Card is valid from November 10 through November 20, 2016.
